Resources For Local Groups

Useful Amnesty International UK webpages include:

Letter Writing guide – http://www.amnesty.org.uk/content.asp?CategoryID=949

Support for Local Group Campaigning – http://www.amnesty.org.uk/content.asp?CategoryID=298

Other useful webpages

The Seeds for Change website has lots of useful resources for group activists and can be found at http://www.seedsforchange.org.uk/free/resources

Want to get your community events in the news? You can use http://www.mediatrust.org/community-newswire to get your press releases out to local journalists. This doesn’t replace the need to directly contact the local media but is another tool to get media coverage.

Ordering materials for your group

If you want to order materials for your group but are unsure of how to go about it or what the product code is then please email me on westmidsamnesty@gmail.com and i’ll do my best to help. Popular materials include Get Involved leaflets, Human Rights passports, stickers and banners.
